4. Shipping and Delivery BlendGirl will endeavor to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times provided are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds If you are not satisfied with your product, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty BlendGirl portable blenders come with a limited warranty of one (1) year covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
